Complete a site authorisation in the wizard
Use the site authorisation wizard to confirm plant and site details, capture required photos and signatures, and record supporting information.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Confirm plant and site details
Review the plant title, reference and category shown at the top of the wizard, confirm they match the machine on site, and proceed only if the details are correct.

Step 2: Answer yes or no questions about the plant
Use the Yes/No toggle buttons to answer the compliance and suitability questions for the plant; your selections are highlighted in green for yes and red for no.

Step 3: Capture required plant and site photos
Use the photo capture controls to take clear photos of the plant, its identification plates and any other requested views, then attach them so they are stored with the authorisation record.

Step 4: Add or remove supporting attachments
Use the available controls to add new attachments, such as additional photos or documents, and remove any items that were added in error.

Step 5: Enter operator contact details
Add the operator's phone number in the requested format so it can be validated and normalised automatically, ensuring contact details are stored consistently.

Step 6: Look up and confirm the operator
Use the operator lookup to search for and select the correct operator record so their details are linked to this site authorisation.

Step 7: Capture required signatures
Use the signature field to collect any required signatures, such as the operator or supervisor, and confirm they are clearly recorded before continuing.

Step 8: Review and finalise the authorisation
Check all answers, photos, attachments, contact details and signatures, then continue through the wizard to complete and save the site authorisation.
