Configure defect feed filters

Use severity and date range filters to focus the defect feed on the most relevant issues for your plant.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the defect feed filters​

Locate the filter bar above the defect feed, where the Severity and Range sections display selectable filter chips.

Step 2: Review available severity and range options​

Check that the Severity section offers Stop-work, Major and Minor, and that the Range section offers Today, 7 days and 30 days.

Step 3: Identify critical severities by colour​

Note that active severity chips are colour-coded, with the most severe Stop-work defects highlighted in a stronger tone than Major and Minor.

Step 4: Turn a severity filter off​

Click a highlighted severity chip, such as Minor, to switch it off and return it to a neutral appearance while keeping the current date range unchanged.

Step 5: Turn a severity filter back on​

Click a neutral severity chip, such as Major, to reactivate it so that defects with that severity appear again in the feed.

Step 6: Select the desired date range​

Click one of the Range chips, such as 7 days, to mark it as the active period; only the selected range will appear as pressed.

Step 7: Confirm the filtered defect feed​

Review the updated defect list to ensure it now reflects only the chosen severities within the selected date range.
