View and export plant daily checks

Review historic daily-check submissions for a plant, filter by date and severity, and export the results to CSV or PDF.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the plant daily checks tab

Navigate to the plant's admin area and open the Daily checks tab to see the list of historic submissions.

Step 2: Choose a date range

Use the date range presets (Today, 7 days, 30 days) or select Custom to limit the list to checks from a specific period.

Step 3: Filter by severity and operator

Click the severity chips (Stop-work, Major, Minor) and optionally enter an operator ID to focus on the most relevant checks.

Step 4: Review daily check submissions

Scroll through the table to review each submission, including severity, dates, and key details, and use Load more to fetch additional results.

Step 5: Open a submission for full details

Click on a table row to open the detailed daily-check submission page for that specific record.

Step 6: Export filtered checks as a PDF report

Open the Export menu, choose PDF, and download a branded report of the currently filtered daily checks.

Step 7: Export filtered checks to CSV

Open the Export menu, choose CSV, and download a CSV file containing the currently filtered daily checks for further analysis.
