Review plant check-in status from QR scans

Use the plant check-in state screens to understand what has happened after a QR scan and decide the next action, such as viewing checks or reporting defects.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Confirm today’s check has already been completed

When an operator scans a QR code for a plant that has already been checked today, review the confirmation screen to see that today’s check is done, including who submitted it and at what time, so you can avoid duplicate work.

Step 2: Reopen today’s submitted check

From the already-complete screen, follow the option to view today’s submission so you can review the recorded responses and confirm that the required checks have been carried out correctly.

Step 3: Log an ad-hoc defect against the plant

Use the report defect option on the already-complete screen to initiate an ad-hoc defect report for the same plant when new issues are found after the daily check has been submitted.

Step 4: Capture the QR token reference for site follow-up

When you see the token reference message, note or share the QR token shown so your site team can identify exactly which sticker was scanned if further investigation or support is needed.

Step 5: Ask an operator to sign out from a shared device

Where sign-out is available on these state screens, instruct operators to sign out once they have finished so that subsequent scans on shared devices start from a clean session.
