View plant inspections due across the project
Use the inspections-due schedule to see all upcoming and overdue plant checks across the project, grouped by status band and inspection kind.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the inspections due schedule
Navigate to the Plant Inspections Due page for your project to see a project-wide list of upcoming and overdue checks across all plant in the yard.

Step 2: Review overdue and due-soon inspections
At the top of the table, review checks marked as Overdue or Due soon, using the coloured status pills with text and icons to understand which plant require immediate attention.

Step 3: Filter by inspection kind and band
Use the filters to narrow the list by inspection kind (for example daily, PUWER, LOLER) and by status band, so you can focus on the checks that matter most for your current task.

Step 4: View daily pre-use series per plant
For daily pre-use checks, review the single series row per plant, which collapses multiple individual daily entries into one manageable line in the schedule.

Step 5: Use row actions for in-app checks
For Tier 1 checks, use the row actions to open the plant record or jump straight to today’s in-app check so you can complete or review it.

Step 6: Record evidence or chase parties for statutory checks
For Tier 2 statutory inspections such as LOLER, use the row actions to record supporting evidence or trigger a chase to the responsible party when evidence is missing or overdue.
