Review pending site authorisations for a project
Use the project banner to see all pending site authorisations in one place and open each item directly for review.

Steps
Step 1: Open the project plant status board
Navigate to the relevant project and open the plant status board or main plant management view where site authorisations are managed. The pending authorisations banner will only appear when there are site authorisations awaiting your review.
Step 2: Locate the pending site authorisations banner
At the top of the plant board, look for the yellow banner labelled "Site authorisations awaiting review". The banner shows how many site authorisations are currently waiting for your decision and lists each site or plant item in a clickable row.
Step 3: Choose a site authorisation to review
In the banner list, find the plant item you want to work on and select its row. The entire row is clickable and includes a short description and timing information to help you prioritise what to review first.
Step 4: Open the site authorisation review panel
After you select a row, the application opens the corresponding plant item's pending authorisation review screen. From there, follow your usual review process to approve, reject, or update the authorisation details as required.
Step 5: Refresh the queue as you complete reviews
When you finish processing one or more authorisations, refresh the plant board. The banner automatically updates and only shows the remaining site authorisations that are still pending your review.
