View upcoming plant checks on a 60-day timeline
Review which checks are scheduled for a plant over the next 60 days, see their status, and switch between a visual timeline and list view.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the plant upcoming schedule panel
Navigate to the selected plant in the admin area and open the section showing the upcoming schedule to display all checks planned for that plant.
Step 2: Review upcoming checks on the 60-day timeline
Use the horizontal 60-day timeline to see each upcoming check as a colour-banded marker, with overlapping checks on the same day shown side by side and the day highlighted.
Step 3: Check status using colour bands and pills
Use the coloured markers and status pills ("Overdue", "Due soon", and "On track") to quickly assess which checks need attention and which are on schedule.
Step 4: Switch between timeline and list views
Use the view toggle to change between the visual timeline and a list view, choosing whichever layout makes it easier to review upcoming plant checks.
Step 5: Review detailed list of upcoming checks
In the list view, scan through upcoming checks ordered by date, including daily pre-use checks grouped into a single row, to understand exactly what is due and when.
