View plant authorisation status

Review the current authorisation status for each plant so you can quickly see which items are approved, pending, or require action.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the plant list in the admin area​

Navigate to the plant administration section of the application to see the list of all plants under your control.

Step 2: Locate the plant you want to review​

Scroll or search within the plant list to find the specific plant whose authorisation status you need to check.

Step 3: Check the authorisation status badge​

Look at the authorisation status badge displayed alongside the plant to understand whether it is authorised, pending review, or unauthorised.

Step 4: Use status information to decide next actions​

Use the badge status to decide whether to proceed with planning, follow up on pending approvals, or address unauthorised plant items.
