Manage plant off-hire for live equipment

Use the off-hire action to review and initiate taking live plant off hire when it is no longer needed on site.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open a live plant record

Navigate to the plant register and open the record for a live item of plant that is currently on hire; the Off hire heading and button are shown only while the plant is still on hire.

Step 4: Confirm plant is off-hired

After you complete the off-hire in the dialog and the plant stage changes to off hire or a demobilised date is recorded, the off-hire controls disappear so the plant can no longer be off-hired again.
