Filter the defect feed by severity and date

Use severity chips and date range tabs to focus the supervisor defect feed on the most relevant issues.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the defect feed side panel​

Open the supervisor defect feed side panel so that the filter bar with Severity chips and Range tabs is visible at the top.

Step 2: Select which severities to include​

Use the Severity chips (Stop-work, Major, Minor) to toggle which defect severities are shown; turning all off behaves the same as having all on, so you never see an empty feed.

Step 3: Choose the date range for defects​

In the Range section, pick Today, 7 days, or 30 days to limit the feed to defects raised within that time frame.

Step 4: Review the updated defect list​

Check the refreshed defect feed, which now only shows issues matching your chosen severities and date range.
