Monitor plant status board

View a live traffic-light status board of all plant items on a project and drill into issues that need attention.

Steps

Step 1: Open the plant status board

Navigate to the Plant Status Board page for your selected project to see a traffic-light overview of all plant items.

Step 2: Review plant item statuses

Scan the list of plant items and use the coloured status indicators to identify items that are green, amber, red, pending, or paused.

Step 3: Inspect recent checks and timing

Use the relative time information beside each item to understand when the last check was completed or when a check became overdue.

Step 4: Open detailed plant records

Click a row to open the detailed plant workspace for that item in a new view, where you can review full history and actions.

Step 5: Track and respond to defect feed

Use the defect feed panel to review current defects, prioritise remedial work, and verify that red and amber items are being managed.

Step 6: Generate and preview the plant register

Use the register actions to generate or regenerate the plant register, then preview the document before sharing or exporting it.

Step 7: Print QR codes for multiple plant items

Open the bulk QR print dialog to select multiple plant items and generate printable QR labels for on-plant identification.

Step 8: Use AI assist to process hire tickets

Start the plant assist task to turn plant hire tickets or delivery documents into register entries with recurring checks set up.
