Review a defect in the supervisor feed

Use the supervisor defect feed side panel to quickly review individual defects, including severity, timing and operator details.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the supervisor defect feed​

Navigate to the supervisor defect feed side panel so you can see the list of recent plant defects, each displayed as an individual row with a thumbnail and summary.

Step 2: Scan defect thumbnails and titles​

Look through the list of defect rows, using the thumbnail image and the plant reference and title to identify the specific plant item or defect you want to review.

Step 3: Check defect severity and key details​

For your chosen row, review the coloured severity pill ("Stop-work", "Major" or "Minor"), the time since the defect was logged, the operator information and the total number of recorded defects.

Step 4: Open a defect for full review​

Click anywhere on the selected defect row to open or focus that defect in the main panel, allowing you to see its full details and take any necessary follow-up actions.
