Complete a site authorisation for plant check-in
Use the site authorisation wizard to review prefilled plant details, capture the operative’s signature and submit the authorisation for checks to begin.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the site authorisation wizard
Navigate to the plant check-in area and open the site authorisation wizard for the relevant item of plant so you can start the 8-step process.

Step 2: Review prefilled plant details
Check the plant information that has been prefilled from the registry, confirming that the reference, title and core details match the plant on site.

Step 3: Update any missing or incorrect information
Fill in any blank fields that were not available from the registry and edit any prefilled values that are incorrect so the plant record is accurate.

Step 4: Continue through the remaining wizard steps
Work through the remaining steps of the wizard, following on-screen prompts to confirm required checks and information until you reach the signature stage.

Step 5: Capture the operative’s signature
Ask the operative to sign in the signature pad; their signature is recorded as an attachment for the authorisation instead of a manager sign-off.

Step 6: Confirm submission details
Review the entered information and signature, then proceed to submit the site authorisation so it can be processed by the system.

Step 7: Submit the site authorisation
Submit the completed authorisation, allowing the system to upload the operative’s signature attachment and send the final payload for processing.

Step 8: View confirmation and next steps
Read the completion message confirming the manager has been sent the authorisation and that checks can now start, then select continue to finish.
