Run a daily plant check from a QR code
Use the QR code flow to guide operators through today’s plant safety check and capture any defects or stop-work decisions.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open today’s plant check from the QR code
Ask the operator to scan the plant’s QR code, which opens today’s check-in runner and automatically loads the correct daily checklist for that asset.

Step 2: Confirm today’s check is available
The runner fetches today’s schema; if the check is still being prepared or not configured, the operator sees a clear status screen so you can escalate to the site team where needed.

Step 3: Complete the tap-to-pass checklist (standard templates)
For standard crane, telehandler, excavator, roller or generic templates, the operator works through full-screen cards one at a time, tapping to pass items, recording defects, and adding a signature when prompted.

Step 4: Complete the generic form (custom templates)
For any custom daily-check template, the operator completes a structured form rendered on screen, filling in all required fields defined for your organisation.

Step 5: Upload supporting photos or files
Where the check requires evidence, the operator attaches photos or documents; these are uploaded securely and linked to the specific check instance.

Step 6: Submit today’s check and capture the outcome
The operator submits the completed check; the system confirms success and passes the outcome (including any defects or stop-work flags) back to your project for follow-up.
