Review pending plant authorisations for a project

Use the pending authorisations banner to see which plant operators are waiting for approval on a specific project and open one to review in detail.

Steps​

Step 1: View pending plant authorisations banner​

When there are pending plant authorisations for the selected project, a banner appears at the top of the project admin area showing that there are operators waiting for review.

Step 2: Check which operators are waiting for approval​

Review the list of pending authorisations in the banner, including each operator’s name and the associated plant items, so you can see who still needs a decision.

Step 3: Open a pending authorisation for detailed review​

Select a pending authorisation from the banner to open it in the main authorisation view where you can inspect the details and complete your review workflow.
