Manage plant checks and daily inspections

Use the Plant detail tabs to review general plant information, track daily checks, and manage inspections and schedules from a single view.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the plant detail workspace item

Navigate to the relevant plant in your workspace and open its detail page so you can see the tabbed view for that plant.

Step 2: Review the General plant information

Use the General tab to review the existing plant details, such as identifiers, category and any project-specific information your team records here.

Step 3: Check recent daily checks history

Select the Daily checks tab to review the recorded daily checks history for this plant and confirm that routine inspections are being carried out.

Step 4: Manage checks and inspections in the multi-check panel

When multi-checks are enabled for your project, open the Checks & inspections tab to view both tiers of checks together and use the panel to review or add inspections for this plant.

When you arrive on the Checks & inspections tab via a link with an action parameter, follow the prompts to complete the automatic action, such as setting a schedule, recording evidence or chasing an overdue inspection.

Step 6: Review the upcoming inspection schedule

Open the Upcoming schedule tab to see planned inspections for the plant so you can confirm that future checks are in place and make any necessary planning decisions.

Step 7: Monitor inspections due for the project

Use the Inspections due tab to review which plant inspections are currently due across the project and decide which items to prioritise or follow up with your team.
