Preview the plant register

Review a read-only preview of the plant register before sharing or exporting it with stakeholders.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the plant register preview​

From the plant administration area, select the option to preview the plant register; a dialog opens showing the current register in a read-only format.

Step 2: Review plant details in the preview​

Scroll through the preview dialog to review key plant details, such as identifiers, locations and status, ensuring the register content is accurate.

Step 3: Adjust the register if required​

If you spot any issues while previewing, close the dialog and return to the plant administration views to update records before sharing or exporting the register.

Step 4: Confirm the register is ready to use​

Once satisfied that all information in the preview is correct, close the dialog and proceed with any follow-up actions, such as export, approval, or distribution.
