Open legacy project documents from old links

Use existing bookmarked or shared links to legacy project documents and be automatically redirected to the correct document in the new documents area.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Open any previously saved or emailed link to a project document from the legacy "/data/documents" or "/data/processing" sections; the system will detect that it is an older-style link.

Step 2: Be automatically redirected to the updated document view​

After opening the old link, you are automatically redirected to the equivalent document in the new "/documents" section for the same project, with the specific document preserved.

Step 3: View the full documents list if the document cannot be identified​

If the old link does not include a specific document, you are redirected safely to the main documents list for that project so you can browse and open the correct file.
