Open a project document from an old link
Use an older bookmarked or shared link and still open the correct project document or the full documents list.

Steps
Step 1: Open your legacy project document link
Open an older link to a project document, such as one saved in your browser bookmarks, an email, a report, or a favourites list.
Step 2: Get redirected to the current document view
The system automatically redirects you to the updated document page for that project, opening the specific document instead of just the documents list.
Step 3: Open a legacy link to the documents area
If your old link only points to the project documents area without a specific document, open it as usual from your bookmark or saved link.
Step 4: View the project documents list
The system redirects you to the current documents section for that project, showing the full documents list where you can choose the file you need.
