Access the avatar menu and account options
Use the avatar button in the top bar to open your account menu, view your profile details, and sign out securely.

Steps
Step 1: Locate the avatar button in the top bar
In the application header, look to the top-right corner and find the circular avatar button that represents your user account.
Step 2: Open the avatar dropdown menu
Select the avatar button to open the dropdown menu, where you can access account-related options such as viewing your details or signing out.
Step 3: Confirm your avatar and profile details
In the open dropdown, review your displayed avatar image and basic details (such as your name and email address) to confirm you are using the correct account.
Step 4: Sign out securely when finished
When you have completed your work, use the sign-out option in the avatar dropdown to securely log out and record the activity for security auditing.
