Navigate the main application frame
Use the main application frame to move between projects, views and tools such as dashboard, tasks, calendar, reports and settings.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the main application workspace
Sign in to the application to load the main workspace, which displays the sidebar, top bar and central content area managed by the AppFrame layout.

Step 2: Switch between key views
Use the navigation options (such as Dashboard, Tasks, Calendar, Workspace, Reports and Forms) to change the central view, allowing you to review project information from different angles.

Step 3: Change the current project
Open the project selector in the header to switch between available projects or sample projects, updating all sections (dashboard, tasks, workspace and reports) to the selected project.

Step 4: Manage notifications and tasks
Use the notifications and unified tasks views to review, filter and act on items that require your attention across the current project and related activities.

Step 5: Access calendar and programme views
Open the calendar or programme views from the main navigation to see upcoming work, events and scheduled activities for your selected project.

Step 6: Use workspace and templates
Navigate to the workspace section to view items in detail, edit records or manage ITP templates that standardise inspections and project processes.

Step 7: Review reports and forms
Open the reports and forms sections to configure, publish and review structured project information, including public-facing links where enabled.

Step 8: Manage organisation and profile settings
Use the avatar menu and organisation switcher to update your profile, change organisation, complete onboarding steps and adjust organisation-level settings.

Step 9: Open contextual help
Select the help option or relevant icon in the frame to open the Help Panel, where you can access guidance and walkthroughs related to the current view.
