Ask questions and view help sources in the sidebar
Use the in-app help assistant to ask questions about the product and quickly open the underlying help articles in the sidebar or full documentation site.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the help assistant
Open the help panel in your app so you can see the question box and recent answers from the assistant.
Step 2: Ask your question
Type your question into the help input field (for example, how to manage people on a project) and submit it to the assistant.
Step 3: Review the answer and its sources
Read the assistant’s reply and look at the list of Sources shown underneath, which include the help topics the answer is based on.
Step 4: Open a source in the help sidebar
Click the source pill or title button to open that specific help topic directly in the in-app help sidebar, without leaving your current page.
Step 5: Open the full documentation page
Select the external link icon next to a source to open the full documentation article in a new browser tab on the docs site.
