Manage project users and roles

Use the Project User Management view to review who has access to the project, their roles, and make informed decisions about access management.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Project User Management view

Navigate to the Settings area of your project and open the Project User Management section to see a list of all users with access to the current project.

Step 2: Review the list of project users

Review the table of project users, including their names, email addresses, roles, and current access status, to understand who can work on the project.

Step 3: Check user roles and permissions

Look at each user’s role to confirm they have appropriate permissions for their responsibilities, such as standard user, contributor, or administrator.

Step 4: Identify users who may need access changes

Use the information shown for each user to identify team members whose access or role may need updating, ready for you to adjust through your standard access-change process.
