Complete your organisation profile during onboarding
Use the onboarding modal to review and complete your organisation’s basic profile details so they are accurate for your workspace.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Review pre-filled organisation details
When the modal opens, review the pre-populated fields (name, website, phone, address, description). Existing values from your organisation are shown unless they are clearly placeholders (for example, 'none' or 'n/a').
Step 2: Enter or update the organisation name
Type your organisation’s official name in the Name field. This field is required; you will not be able to continue without entering a valid name.
Step 3: Add optional contact and profile information
Optionally, add or update the organisation website, phone number, address, and a short description. Leave any field blank if you do not wish to provide that information now.
Step 4: Save the organisation profile
Select the Save or Continue button to submit your changes. The system trims extra spaces and saves only meaningful values. While saving, a loading state is shown and you should wait for confirmation or any error message.
Step 5: Handle errors and retry if needed
If an error message appears in the modal after saving, review the message, adjust the organisation details if required, and select Save again to retry.
Step 6: Skip completing the profile (if available)
If a Skip option is shown and you do not wish to complete the organisation profile now, select Skip to close the modal and continue without saving changes.
