Configure Organization Settings
Set up your organization profile including name, contact information, branding, and logo. Configure organization-wide settings that apply to all projects and team members within your organization.
This guide is designed for system-admin.
Steps
Step 1: Navigate to Organization Settings
From Settings, click Organization in the left menu. This is where you configure organization-wide settings that apply to all projects. Only Organization Admins can access this section.
Organization settings affect all projects and team members.
Step 2: View organization profile
The Organization Settings page displays your organization's basic information: organization name, website, headquarters location, contact email, and phone. Your organization logo is displayed at the top.
Some fields like name and email are linked to your account.
Step 3: Edit organization details
Click Edit Details to update organization information: name, industry, website URL, headquarters address, and contact information. Keep this information current as it's used in reports and communications.
These details may be auto-filled from your account information.
Step 4: Upload organization logo
Click the logo area or Upload Logo to add your organization's branding. Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, SVG (recommended 500x500px minimum). The logo appears in reports and documentation generated from your projects.
Logo is optional but recommended for branding consistency.
Step 5: Review sub-sections
The Organization Settings has several important sub-sections accessible from the left menu: Custom Fields (define data types), Custom Roles (define job roles), Project Templates (create frameworks), and External Systems (integrations). Each is configured separately.
These sub-sections are foundational - configure them before creating projects.
Step 6: Save changes
After updating organization details, click Save. Changes are immediately applied to your organization. All team members see the updated organization information across the platform.
Organization updates don't affect existing projects but apply to new ones.
