View and manage a report
Review the full details of a report, browse previous versions, and perform basic management actions such as editing or deleting it.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the report detail view
Select a report from the reports list to open its detail view in a panel or modal, showing its current version, content, and metadata.
Step 2: Review report content and formatting
Read the report body in its rendered format (including HTML or converted markdown) and inspect any associated metadata such as category, format, and creation details.
Step 3: Switch between report versions
Use the version selection controls to load and view earlier report versions; the selected version’s content and details are displayed so you can compare revisions.
Step 4: Edit the report
Choose the edit option to navigate to the report editing screen, where you can update the report’s content or settings.
Step 5: Delete the report
Select the delete option to remove the report; after confirming, the report is deleted and the detail view closes, updating any linked report lists.
Step 6: Close the report detail view
Use the close control (such as the X icon) to exit the detail view and return to your previous screen without making changes.
