Select reports from the searchable list
Use a searchable dropdown to find and select one or more reports, optionally filtered by category or tags, for use elsewhere in the application.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the report selection dropdown
Click anywhere in the report selection field to open the dropdown list of available reports. If the control is disabled, you will not be able to open it.

Step 2: Search for a report
Start typing a report name, category, or tag into the search box to filter the list. The dropdown updates instantly to show only matching reports.

Step 3: Review filtered report options
Browse the filtered list of reports, which is sorted alphabetically. If category labels are shown, use them to confirm you are choosing the correct type of report.

Step 4: Add a report to your selection
Click a report in the dropdown to add it to your selection. Selected reports appear as separate items in the field and are removed from the available list.

Step 5: Remove a selected report
To deselect a report, click the X icon on its selected item. The report is removed from your selection and becomes available again in the dropdown list.

Step 6: Close the dropdown
Click outside the report selection area or press the appropriate key (such as Escape) to close the dropdown while keeping your current selections.
