Manage your project calendar and tasks
Use the calendar to review project events, filter what you see, and add new meetings, milestones, and tasks.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the project calendar
Navigate to the Calendar section for your chosen project to see the calendar view with events and tasks.

Step 2: Switch between month, week and list views
Use the calendar view selector to toggle between month, week and list views depending on how much detail you need.

Step 3: Move between dates
Use the previous and next controls to move backwards or forwards in time, or jump back to today to re-centre the calendar.

Step 4: Filter events by type, priority and assignee
Open the filter controls and select event types, priorities, or specific team members to focus on the most relevant work.

Step 5: Review task progress alongside the calendar
Switch to the tasks tab to see task progress summaries and understand how work is tracking against the calendar.

Step 6: Add a new calendar event
Select the add event action, choose whether it is a meeting or milestone, enter the details, and save it to place it on the calendar.

Step 7: Add a new task from the calendar
Use the add task option to create a task linked to the current project so it appears in both the tasks view and the calendar.

Step 8: View workspace item details from events
Click on a calendar event linked to a workspace item to open its detail panel and review full context without leaving the calendar.

Step 9: Open a task from a notification link
When you arrive via a task link, review the task that opens from the calendar so you can immediately see its timing and context.
