Manage automation trigger details

View and adjust how an agent trigger behaves when specific events occur in your project.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the trigger detail view

From your automation or agents area, select a trigger to open its detail view, showing its current configuration, linked agent, and task information.

Step 2: Review event and trigger conditions

Check the event type (such as document, task, form, or comment events) and review any listed filter conditions that control when the trigger should run.

Step 3: Select the agent to run when triggered

Use the agent selector panel to choose or change the agent that should be activated when the trigger conditions are met.

Step 4: Choose the task the agent will perform

Open the task selector to pick or update the specific task or workflow the chosen agent will execute when the trigger fires.

Step 5: Adjust trigger settings and filters

Use the available controls to refine trigger options, such as enabling or disabling it and fine-tuning conditions using operators like equals, contains, or greater than.

Step 6: Save or discard your changes

Click the save button to apply your updates to the trigger, or use the cancel/back controls to discard changes and return to the previous view.
