Run a task with an agent on your project

An agent is like a helper that does a specific job for you automatically — for example writing a report or checking documents. Pick a task, give it what it needs, and let it get on with the work while you carry on with your day.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the agent for your project

Go to your project and open the agent view. You'll see a list of tasks that agent can do for you.

Step 2: Pick the task you want done

Look through the list and choose the task you want the agent to run.

Step 3: Tell the agent what it needs to know

Fill in a short description of the task and any other details it asks for. The more clearly you explain it, the better the result.

Step 4: Start the task

Confirm you want to run it. The system checks everything's in order for your project, then hands the job to the agent.

Step 5: Let it run in the background

You'll see a loading message while the agent works. It's checking in on progress behind the scenes, so you don't need to do anything — feel free to carry on with other work.

Step 6: Read the result

Once the task says it's finished (or failed), read through the result the agent's put together, laid out clearly on the page.
