Run an agent task for a project

Use an existing agent to run one of its configured tasks against a specific project and view the results when processing has finished.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the agent runner panel​

Navigate to the relevant project and open the agent view where the Agent Runner panel is displayed, showing the available tasks for the selected agent.

Step 2: Choose a task to run​

In the Agent Runner panel, select the task you want the agent to perform from the list of available tasks associated with the agent.

Step 3: Provide required task inputs​

Fill in the task input fields, including the task description and any additional parameters required by the selected agent task.

Step 4: Submit the task for processing​

Select the option to run or submit the task; the system validates your selection and project context, then sends the task to the agent for execution.

Step 5: Wait while the task runs​

The interface shows a loading state while the task is being processed; during this time the system periodically checks the status of the task in the background.

Step 6: Review the completed task result​

Once the task status is reported as completed or failed, review the audit result content rendered in the panel, including any markdown-formatted output from the agent.
