Create an automated agent schedule
Use this form to set up and save a recurring or one-off schedule for an agent task within a project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the schedule form
From your project, open the scheduling interface so that the Schedule form is visible, showing fields for name, description, agent, task and frequency settings.

Step 2: Name and describe the schedule
Enter a clear schedule name and an optional description so team members understand what the automation does and when it will run.

Step 3: Select the agent to run the task
Use the agent selector to choose which agent will execute the scheduled task; once selected, the form prepares to load the tasks supported by that agent.

Step 4: Choose the task for the schedule
Open the task selector, pick one of the available tasks for the chosen agent, and confirm so the form can display any required task input fields.

Step 5: Provide task input values
Fill in the task-specific input fields (such as text, options or numbers) so the agent has all necessary parameters when the schedule runs.

Step 6: Set the schedule frequency
Choose how often the task should run—Once, Hourly, Daily, Weekly or Monthly—using the frequency options and their descriptions for guidance.

Step 7: Configure date, time and recurrence details
Depending on the selected frequency, adjust the run time, start date, minute of the hour, days of the week or day of the month so the schedule matches your desired timing.

Step 8: Enable or disable the schedule
Use the enabled toggle to decide whether the schedule should start running immediately after creation or remain disabled until you are ready.

Step 9: Save or cancel the schedule
Click the submit button to create the schedule and trigger any success notification, or select cancel to close the form without saving your changes.
