Manage agent triggers

View, activate, deactivate, and delete automation triggers for your project’s agents, and open existing triggers to review their configuration.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the agent triggers list

Navigate to the Agent Triggers section for your project; the page loads and displays a table of existing triggers, including their names, linked agents, event types, status, and when they last ran.

Step 2: Review trigger details in the list

Scan the table to review each trigger’s status badge, associated event type (such as document, task, project or workflow events), linked agent, and the relative time since it last executed.

Step 3: Create a new trigger

Select the button with the plus icon to create a new trigger; this opens the trigger creation flow where you can define when the trigger runs and which agent it should use.

Step 4: Open a trigger to view configuration

Choose a trigger from the list and click the view option (eye icon or equivalent action in the row menu) to open its detailed configuration in a separate view.

Step 5: Enable or disable a trigger

Use the toggle switch in the trigger’s row to turn the trigger on or off; the switch updates immediately and the status badge reflects the new active or inactive state.

Step 6: Refresh the triggers list

Click the refresh icon above the table to reload the list of triggers from the server, ensuring you see the most up-to-date trigger statuses and details.

Step 7: Open the trigger actions menu

Click the more options icon (three vertical dots) on a trigger row to open the dropdown actions menu, giving you quick access to view or delete the selected trigger.

Step 8: Start deleting a trigger

From the actions menu, select the delete option (trash icon) for the trigger you wish to remove; the system prepares the deletion and opens a confirmation dialog.

Step 9: Confirm trigger deletion

In the confirmation dialog, review the trigger you are about to delete and confirm the action; the trigger is removed from the list and a toast notification confirms the deletion.
