Create or edit an agent task
Use the task creator dialog to define or update an AI agent task, including its name, description, categories, and input/output structure.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the agent task creator
From the agent view, open the task creator dialog to start defining a new task or editing an existing one; the dialog will appear over the current page.

Step 2: Review or adjust task details
In the task builder area, review or enter the task name, description, category, icon, and any example configurations so the agent understands what the task should do.

Step 3: Define inputs and outputs
Configure the input and output schemas in the builder so that the task clearly specifies what information it requires and what it will return when executed.

Step 4: Save the task
Select the option to save; the system will validate your changes, update the existing task or create a new one for the selected agent, and then close or minimise the dialog.

Step 5: Close or minimise the dialog
When you have finished, close or minimise the dialog using the controls in the header to return to the main agent view.
