Run a dynamic agent task
Use the Dynamic Agent Tasks panel to configure inputs and run an AI agent task for your project.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Dynamic Agent Tasks panel
Navigate to the agent view for your chosen project and open the Dynamic Agent Tasks panel to see the available tasks for that agent.

Step 2: Choose a task to run
Use the searchable task list to select the task you want the agent to perform; you can search by name or scroll through the available options.

Step 3: Review task details and cost
Check the task description, expected outputs, and any IU cost or early access badges so you understand what will be executed.

Step 4: Fill in required input fields
Complete the dynamic input fields shown for the selected task, including text, options, report references, and date or number fields as required.

Step 5: Search for dynamic options
For fields that support dynamic option search, start typing to search and select from matching project items, reports, or other resources.

Step 6: Attach reports when required
Use the report picker fields to search and attach one or more existing reports from the current project so the agent can use them as context.

Step 7: Upload supporting files
For file upload fields, drag and drop files into the upload area or browse from your device, then confirm that the selected files are listed correctly.

Step 8: Adjust optional settings
Review and update any optional parameters or toggles in the form, using default values where provided or clearing them if they are not needed.

Step 9: Start the task
Click the run or start button to submit your inputs; the panel will validate required fields and then trigger the agent task with the configured parameters.

Step 10: Monitor task execution status
Watch the status indicators and progress messages in the panel as the task runs, including any loading spinners or success and error alerts.

Step 11: Review generated results
Once complete, review the task execution result displayed in the panel, including summaries, links to generated reports, or any output files.

Step 12: Copy or reuse task configuration
Use any available copy or edit controls to duplicate task inputs for later runs or refine the configuration based on the results you received.
