View and filter the permit feed

Review a live feed of temporary works permits for a project, filter by status and date range, and open individual permits for more detail.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the permit feed sidebar​

Open the Temporary Works page for your project and look at the right-hand sidebar to see the live permit feed panel.

Step 2: Review recent permit activity​

Scroll through the feed to see permits listed by severity and time, including both TW permits and permit-to-work forms linked to temporary works items.

Step 3: Filter by permit status​

Use the filter controls at the top of the feed to show or hide permits by status, such as items requiring action, awaiting attention, or already signed.

Step 4: Filter by time period​

Adjust the date range filter (for example "Today", last 7 days, or last 30 days) to focus on permits raised within a specific period.

Step 5: Refresh the feed​

Select the refresh control in the sidebar to reload the feed and pick up any new or updated permits for the project.

Step 6: Open a permit from the feed​

Select a permit entry in the feed to open its full details, either in the TW permit record view or the related permit-to-work form instance.
