Generate a Temporary Works register

Use the Temporary Works dashboard to generate and download a consolidated register of all Temporary Works permits on your project.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the Temporary Works dashboard​

Navigate to the Temporary Works dashboard from your project navigation to view the current list of Temporary Works permits and related actions.

Step 2: Review your Temporary Works permits​

Check the permits listed on the dashboard, using the permit feed sidebar and filters (where available) to ensure the register will include the correct scope of Temporary Works.

Step 3: Start generating the register​

Select the "Generate register" action on the dashboard to begin creating an up-to-date Temporary Works register based on the permits currently in the system.

Step 4: Wait while the register is generated​

The system compiles all relevant Temporary Works permit data into a single register; remain on the page until the generation process completes.

Step 5: Confirm success and handle any errors​

When generation finishes, look for the on-screen success notification; if an error toast appears instead, review the message and try again or contact support.

Step 6: Access or download the generated register​

Once generation is successful, follow the provided download or view link on the dashboard to save or open the latest Temporary Works register for sharing or record-keeping.
