Use the Temporary Works dashboard

View and manage your temporary works register from a central dashboard.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Temporary Works dashboard

From the main navigation, open the Temporary Works area to load the dashboard with your current temporary works items and permits.

Step 2: Review the temporary works register

In the main table, review one row per temporary works item, including its red, amber or green status chip and key details such as inspections, design checks and permit status.

Step 3: Monitor the permit feed

Use the permit feed in the right-hand panel to track live sign-off progress for your temporary works permits as work moves through its lifecycle.

Step 4: View inspection and permit history

From a register row, open the history action to review the inspection and permit timeline for that item before deciding what action to take next.

Step 5: Generate a temporary works register

Use the Generate register action on the dashboard to create an up-to-date register of your temporary works items for reporting or sharing with your project team.

Step 6: Bulk-print permit certificates

Switch into selection mode, choose the relevant temporary works items and use the bulk print option to generate permit certificates for printing and distribution.
