Filter the permit feed by lifecycle and date range
Use severity and date range filters to focus the permit feed on the most relevant actions.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the permit feed filters
Locate the filter bar above the permit list, showing severity chips (Action, Awaiting, Signed) and date range options (Today, 7 days, 30 days).

Step 2: Review severity filter options
Check the Severity section to see which lifecycle chips are active; active chips are highlighted in red (Action), amber (Awaiting), or green (Signed).

Step 3: Turn a severity filter on or off
Select a lifecycle chip (for example, Signed) to toggle it on or off; when off, it returns to a neutral white tone and those permits are removed from the feed.

Step 4: Choose a date range for the feed
In the Range section, select one of the options (Today, 7 days, or 30 days); the chosen range is marked as active and only permits within that period remain visible.

Step 5: Combine lifecycle and date range filters
Adjust both severity chips and the date range together to narrow the feed to, for example, only high-priority Action and Awaiting permits from the last 7 days.
