Sign in to approve a temporary works permit

Use your phone number and PIN to securely sign in and access a specific temporary works permit for review and approval.

Steps​

Step 1: Open the permit sign-in screen​

Follow the link you received for the temporary works permit; the sign-in page opens showing the permit reference and your organisation name so you can confirm you are signing the correct permit.

Step 2: Enter your phone number​

Type your mobile phone number in the international format requested on the screen so the system can match your account with this permit.

Step 3: Enter your PIN​

Enter your personal PIN in the PIN field to confirm your identity for this specific permit sign-off.

Step 4: Submit your details to sign in​

Select the option to continue or sign in; your details are sent securely and, if correct, you are signed in for temporary works permits only without affecting other plant logins.

Step 5: Continue with the permit workflow​

After successful sign-in, you are automatically returned to the temporary works permit wizard so you can review, sign or progress the permit as required.
