Manage your project programme

Use the Programme page to plan, review and update your project schedule in a Gantt chart or task list view.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the Programme page

From your project workspace, open the Programme section to view all scheduled tasks for the selected project.

Step 2: Switch between Gantt and list views

Use the view toggle to switch between the Gantt chart and the task list, depending on whether you prefer a timeline or tabular view of the programme.

Step 3: Open full-screen programme view

Select the full-screen option to expand the Gantt chart, giving you more space to review dates, dependencies and task durations.

Step 4: Review task details and status

Click a task to open its detail panel, where you can see its key information, current status and phase, along with any derived status indicators.

Step 5: Filter tasks and phases

Apply filters to show only tasks matching specific phases, statuses or other criteria, helping you focus on a particular part of the programme.

Step 6: Monitor KPIs on the Gantt strip

Use the KPI strip above the Gantt chart to view high-level metrics, such as counts of tasks by status or phase, and focus on specific groups by selecting KPI filters.

Step 7: Import programme tasks

Open the import option to bring in programme tasks from an external source, allowing you to quickly populate or update the schedule in bulk.

Use the export option to download the current programme tasks, so you can share the schedule or review it in other tools.

Step 9: Mark tasks as complete

Use the complete task action to confirm when a task has finished, updating its status and keeping the programme progress accurate.

Step 10: Use the programme assistant on an empty schedule

When the programme has no tasks, start the assistant to generate an initial outline programme and milestones based on your project information.
