Manage programme tasks in list view
View, sort, group, and manage programme tasks in a detailed list to keep your delivery plan on track.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the programme task list
Navigate to the programme area of your project and open the task list view to see all relevant tasks in a tabular layout.

Step 2: Filter tasks by status, priority, or search
Use the filters to narrow the task list by status, priority, or keyword so you can focus on specific work items.

Step 3: Group tasks by phase
Toggle grouping by phase to organise tasks into phase sections, making it easier to review progress across stages of the programme.

Step 4: Sort tasks by key fields
Click the column headers, such as start date, end date, priority, status, completion, or phase, to change the sort order and quickly reorder the list.

Step 5: Expand or collapse phase sections
Use the phase row controls to collapse or expand individual phases so you can hide detail when you only need a high-level view.

Step 6: Select tasks individually or in bulk
Tick the checkboxes next to each task or use the select-all checkbox to choose one or many tasks for further actions.

Step 7: Bulk delete selected tasks
After selecting multiple tasks, use the bulk delete action to remove them from the programme in a single operation.

Step 8: View task details
Click on a task row or use the view option to see its key information, including dates, status, and description.

Step 9: Edit an existing task
Use the edit control on a task row to open it for updates, such as changing dates, status, priority, or other details.

Step 10: Manage task dependencies
Open the dependency selector from a task row to add, review, or update dependencies on other tasks in the programme.

Step 11: Delete a single task
Use the delete icon on a task row to remove that specific task from the programme when it is no longer required.
