Manage the Gantt chart toolbar
Use the Gantt toolbar to toggle phases and dependencies, and export the current Gantt chart view.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Gantt chart view
Navigate to the programme planning area of the application and open the page that displays the Gantt chart with its toolbar at the top.
Step 2: Toggle phase grouping on or off
Use the Phases switch in the toolbar to turn phase grouping on or off; when you click it, the switch changes state and the Gantt chart updates to reflect the new grouping.
Step 3: Show or hide task dependencies
Click the Dependencies switch in the toolbar to show or hide dependency lines between tasks; the switch clearly indicates whether dependencies are currently on or off.
Step 4: Export the current Gantt chart
Select the Export button in the toolbar to generate an export of the current Gantt chart view, which you can then download or share as required.
