Manage your project programme
View, filter and manage your project programme using the Gantt chart or task list, including importing, exporting and completing tasks.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the Programme page
Navigate to the Programme section for your selected project to see an overview of all scheduled tasks.

Step 2: Switch between Gantt and list views
Use the view toggle to switch between the Gantt chart view and the list view, depending on how you prefer to review tasks.

Step 3: Filter tasks and review KPIs
Apply filters to focus on specific phases, statuses or date ranges and review the KPI strip to understand overall progress and bottlenecks.

Step 4: Open task details
Select a task from the Gantt chart or list to open its details panel, where you can review key dates, dependencies and status.

Step 5: Create a new programme task
Click the add button to open the create task dialog, then enter the task information to add it to your programme.

Step 6: Edit an existing task
Open a task and use the edit option to adjust its dates, duration, dependencies or other details, then save your changes.

Step 7: Mark a task as complete
Use the complete action on a task to open the completion dialog, confirm the details and update its status to completed.

Step 8: Import programme tasks
Open the import dialog to upload tasks from an external source, then review and confirm the imported items in your programme.

Step 9: Export programme tasks
Use the export option to download your current programme tasks, including applied filters, for sharing or offline analysis.

Step 10: Open full-screen programme view
Click the full view control to expand the programme into a full-screen layout for easier navigation of complex schedules.

Step 11: Use AI-assisted programme generation (empty state)
When no tasks exist, start the agent-assisted task to generate an initial outline programme based on your project documents.
