Review and filter programme KPIs

Use the KPI strip above the Gantt chart to see programme health at a glance and filter tasks by status, including overdue and critical path work.

Audience

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: View overall programme KPI counts

At the top of the programme view, review the KPI strip to see total tasks, overdue items, in-progress work, completed tasks, not-started tasks, and the number of tasks on the critical path.
