View programme task details

Review key information about a programme task, including status, priority and schedule slippage.

Steps

Step 1: Locate the programme task card

Navigate to the relevant programme view or list and find the task card you want to review, identified by its task name and coloured priority border.

Step 2: Review task title and description

Read the task name at the top of the card and, where available, view the brief description beneath to understand the purpose and scope of the task.

Step 3: Check current task status

Look at the status badge on the right of the header to see the current derived status, including its icon and label, helping you quickly understand task progress.

Step 4: Assess task priority

Use the coloured border and priority label on the card to recognise how important the task is relative to others in the programme.

Step 5: Identify schedule slippage

When present, review the slippage badge to see whether the task’s adjusted dates differ from the planned dates and understand how far the task has slipped.

Step 6: Open detailed task view

Select the task card to open the full task details page or panel, where you can explore more information and related actions for that task.
