Save and reuse programme task filter presets

Save your current programme task filters as presets, reload them later, and remove any you no longer need to speed up repeat reporting.

This guide is designed for project manager.

Steps

Step 1: Open the filter presets dialog

From the programme task filters area, select the option to manage filter presets; the Filter presets dialog opens showing a list of any existing presets.

Step 2: Review existing presets

In the dialog, review the list of saved presets, including their names and when they were last updated, to decide whether to load, overwrite via a new name, or delete any of them.

Step 3: Enter a name for a new preset

In the preset name field, type a clear name (up to 50 characters) that describes the current filter configuration you want to save.

Step 4: Save the current filters as a new preset

Select the save button to store the current filter settings under the entered name; if successful, a confirmation message appears and the new preset is added to the list.

Step 5: Load a saved preset

In the presets list, choose the preset you want and select the load action; the filters on the main programme task view update to match that preset.

Step 6: Start deleting a preset

Next to the preset you want to remove, select the delete icon; a confirmation dialog appears asking you to confirm the deletion.

Step 7: Confirm preset deletion

In the confirmation dialog, confirm that you want to delete the preset; it is removed from the list and will no longer be available to load.

Step 8: Close the filter presets dialog

When you have finished managing presets, select the close icon or outside the dialog to return to the main programme task view with your chosen filters applied.
