Print and share a QR poster
Use the QR Poster dialog to preview, print and share a QR code poster that links operatives to the correct online page.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the QR poster dialog
Select the option in your workspace to open the QR poster dialog; the poster preview will appear with a heading, optional reference and a QR area that may briefly show a loading state while the QR is prepared.

Step 2: Check the QR poster details
Review the poster heading, any reference subtitle, the instructions beneath the QR and the printed URL text to confirm that operatives who scan the code will be taken to the correct page.

Step 3: Identify QR availability or errors
If the QR is still being generated, you will see a loading indicator or placeholder; if something goes wrong, an error banner appears inside the dialog so you can see what happened without leaving the screen.

Step 4: Retry if QR generation fails
When an error is shown, stay in the dialog and use the available action to try again once any underlying issue (such as connectivity or configuration) has been resolved.

Step 5: Print the QR poster
Click the print action to open your browser's print dialog with a clean, full-size poster layout optimised for printing, then confirm the print to produce physical copies for your site.

Step 6: Copy the QR poster link
Use the copy link action to place the QR's public URL on your clipboard so you can paste it into emails, messages or other systems for colleagues and contractors.

Step 7: Close the dialog when finished
Once you have printed the poster or copied the link, close the dialog to return to your previous screen without affecting any existing printed posters.
