View specification reference documents for a lifecycle item
Review the specification reference documents attached to a lifecycle item so you can quickly see the correct files instead of internal IDs.

Steps
Step 1: Open the lifecycle item details
Navigate to the relevant lifecycle item in your workspace and open its detail surface to view the full metadata panel.
Step 2: Locate the Specification Reference Documents section
Scroll through the metadata fields until you find the Specification Reference Documents area, which lists all related documents.
Step 3: Review the linked document names
Check the displayed document names, which are shown as readable titles instead of technical IDs, ensuring you are looking at the correct references.
Step 4: Follow document links if available
Select any document name that appears as a link to open it in a new view or download it, depending on how your workspace is configured.
Step 5: Confirm there is no duplicated legacy text
Verify that you only see the current list of specification documents and that outdated, duplicated filename text is no longer shown.
