Create and manage RAMS sign-off QR posters
Use the RAMS sign-off poster dialog to create, rotate and print a QR poster that operatives scan to read and sign a RAMS.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the RAMS sign-off poster
From the RAMS Acceptances area, open the sign-off poster dialog for the RAMS you want operatives to sign. The dialog shows the RAMS title, reference and your organisation details.

Step 2: Review the QR sign-off link
Check the QR poster preview, including the RAMS title, reference and the message telling operatives to scan to read and sign. If a QR code already exists, its image and the public sign-off URL are shown.

Step 3: Mint a new QR poster
If no QR code exists yet, use the action within the dialog to mint a new QR token for this RAMS. The system generates the QR server-side and updates the poster preview once ready.

Step 4: Rotate an existing QR poster
When you need to invalidate old posters, use the rotate option in the dialog. Confirm the rotation when prompted, and the system creates a new QR token while making previous posters unusable.

Step 5: Print the RAMS sign-off poster
Use the print controls in the dialog to produce a physical copy of the QR poster. The layout is optimised for printing so you can display it on site for operatives to scan and sign.
