Link related items to a workspace item
Use the inline picker modal to link packages, programme tasks, permits and documents to the current workspace item without leaving the page.
This guide is designed for project manager.
Steps
Step 1: Open the linked items panel
In the workspace item detail view, scroll to the linked items panel and choose the group you want to update, such as Package, Temporary works, Programme tasks or Permits.
Step 2: Launch the inline picker
Select the empty-state button or plus icon for the chosen group to open the Linked item modal with the appropriate picker for that item type.
Step 3: Choose the items to link
Use the search and filters in the picker to find and select the relevant package, task, permit template or documents; multi-select is available where supported.
Step 4: Confirm and apply the selection
Review your choices and select the confirm button, such as Link package, Link documents or Raise permit, to apply the links and update the workspace item.
